This service could be helpful for both the users and the service providers .Users can make sure that their data won't be lost after their death or due to loss of their account details. They can even plan that to be send to some of their own account in case of an account loss. Also for service providers like Google it is a way to reduce their inactive users and accounts and could save a lot of storage and maintenance for these inactive accounts.

Because of this advantage ,it looks like more service providers like Facebook, yahoo and twitter  will be interested in providing a similar service like inactive Accounts manager as most of them are wasting much time and space maintaining these kind of Inactive accounts.
