How to hide your personal data without using any softwares

Make Folder Invisible to Hide Data in Windows

We do have secrets..but how to hide it from others.It is always a headache to keep our data secured and hidden.There are so many techniques to keep our data secured but these requires extra software and is always been noted by others.

Sometimes flaws comes handy.Here in windows you can make use of it.

You can keep your data hidden and safe and nobody will know it.

To do this follow these steps:

1.Right click on desktop,from dialog box select new,then Folder.

    A folder will be created.

2.Remove the name and using NUMPAD type 0160 while holding the ALT key

    Now your folder will be appearing unnamed.

3.Now you have an unnamed folder.Open the folder and add your personal data into the folder which you want to hide.

4.Find a place to keep the data (mostly unvisited areas in your system).Select and CUT the folder from desktop and Paste it into the secret place.

5.Now make the folder invisible.Right click on the Folder

6.Select Properties

7.Select Customize tab and click on change icon in the bottom

8.Scroll and Select the transparent icon(blank icon spaces usually found on 12or 13 column)

9.click ok then Apply then ok

10.Now you can't see the folder.It became invisible.

This is a simple trick to hide your data.

Remember where you put the folder to view your data later.

To open the folder later

Navigate to the place where you put your folder,right click>> Arrange icons by>>Type

Now there would be a blank in front of the folders list.Click to open the folder as usual.

You can make the folder visible by right click>>properties>>customize>>restore defaults
